Welcome to ArtistAryan.com! These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and regulations for using our design services, including Logo Design, Brand Identity Design, Graphic Design, and Game Art Services. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Artist Aryan or ArtistAryan.com.
- "Client" refers to the individual, business, or organization hiring services from ArtistAryan.com.
- "Services" include logo design, brand identity design, graphic design, game art, and other custom design solutions.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions and any associated service contracts.
2. Scope of Services
Artist Aryan provides custom design services based on the requirements agreed upon with the Client. The scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timeline will be discussed before starting any project.
2.1 Revisions & Modifications
- Each project includes a limited number of revisions as per the package selected.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Changes requested after project completion will be considered a new project.
2.2 Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide clear instructions, references, and necessary details before the project starts.
- The Client must ensure all provided content (text, images, brand assets) is free from copyright infringement.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing & Payment Structure
- Payments must be made as per the pricing plan agreed upon before the project starts.
- 50% upfront payment is required to begin the work, and the remaining 50% upon final delivery.
- For large projects, milestone-based payments may apply.
3.2 Refund & Cancellation
- Once the initial concept designs are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- If the Client cancels the project before the design work begins, a 50% refund of the upfront payment may be provided.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership of Final Designs
- Upon full payment, the final design assets will be transferred to the Client.
- Artist Aryan retains the right to display the project in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
4.2 Copyright & Trademark
- Artist Aryan does not guarantee trademark registration for any logo or brand design.
- The Client is responsible for conducting trademark searches before using the final design for branding.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Project timelines will be discussed before project initiation.
- Delays may occur if the Client does not provide timely feedback or required materials.
- Express delivery is available at additional charges.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All project details and Client information will be treated as confidential.
- Artist Aryan will not share any Client data with third parties without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
- Artist Aryan is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of the delivered designs.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.
8. Termination of Agreement
- Artist Aryan reserves the right to terminate a project if the Client is unresponsive for more than 15 days.
- If the Client breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, the project may be terminated without a refund.
9. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters through mutual discussions before seeking legal action.
- Legal proceedings, if required, will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
