At Artist Aryan, we strive to provide high-quality design services and a seamless experience for our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service-Based Cancellations

Clients can request a cancellation for ongoing design services under the following conditions:

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

βœ… Missed Deadlines: If we fail to meet agreed project timelines due to our fault, a partial refund may be provided.
βœ… Unresolved Quality Issues: If the final design does not meet the agreed scope after multiple revisions, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
βœ… Technical Issues with Digital Products: If you purchase a downloadable template or digital asset and face technical issues that cannot be resolved, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

❌ Completed Work: If the final deliverable has been approved and sent, no refunds will be provided.
❌ Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if a client simply changes their mind after work has been completed.
❌ Missed Information: If a delay or issue arises due to insufficient details provided by the client, a refund will not be granted.
❌ Force Majeure: Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds.

4. Subscription & Membership Cancellation

If you have subscribed to a membership plan, recurring service, or premium content, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Rules for Subscriptions:

βœ… Within First 7 Days: Full refund for cancellations made within 7 days of purchase (only if no service has been used).
βœ… After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued, but you can cancel future payments.

5. Modification & Revision Policy

Instead of refunds, we encourage clients to request modifications and revisions to ensure satisfaction.

βœ” Number of Free Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 free revisions (unless otherwise stated).
βœ” Extra Revisions: Additional changes may be subject to an extra fee based on complexity.
βœ” Final Approval: Once the final design is approved, no further revisions or refunds will be allowed.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your refund or cancellation request, we recommend resolving the issue through our customer support team first.
