At ArtistAryan.com, we strive to provide high-quality design services tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of our digital and creative work, we have a strict No Refund Policy once a project has commenced. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We do not offer refunds once a project has started, except in the following cases:
✔ If payment was made in error or was charged multiple times.
✔ If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
✔ If a project is canceled before any work has begun.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] within 7 days of payment.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
❌ Logo & Brand Design (once concepts are delivered).
❌ Graphic Design & Game Art (once initial drafts are provided).
❌ Consultation Services (once the session has started or been completed).
❌ Custom Design Projects (once work has commenced).
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If a client cancels a project before work begins, they may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding processing fees).
- If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with design style after approval of the concept phase.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
