• Prices vary based on project complexity and scope.

• Payment terms will be communicated before starting any project.

• Payments must be made through approved payment gateways.

• We may require upfront payments or deposits before starting work.

2.3 Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital design services, refunds are not provided after work has commenced.

• If a client cancels a project before work starts, a partial refund may be issued.

• Any disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide all necessary information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.

• You agree not to use our designs for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership & Licensing

• Custom Designs: Clients receive full rights to final, approved designs after full payment is received.

• Portfolio Rights: Artist Aryan reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials.

• Third-Party Assets: If the project involves third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.), appropriate licensing must be followed.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or meet every expectation.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables.

6. Revisions & Delivery

• Each project includes a specified number of revisions as per the agreed scope.

• Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

• Final files will be delivered in agreed formats upon project completion.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any project-related information without consent.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:
✔ A client fails to make payments on time.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal proceedings will be conducted in New Delhi, India.
